Tiana represents both employees and employers in workplace matters such as wrongful dismissals, human rights suits, employment contracts, workplace policies, and Employment Standard Act training materials. Before joining Workly Law, Tiana articled at a boutique employment and labour law firm in Toronto.
Tiana obtained her Canadian and American JD, with Honours, from the University of Windsor and Detroit Mercy School of Law. While in law school, Tiana remained active in the law community. She was a legal volunteer at the William Booth Legal Aid Clinic in Detroit, Michigan, providing legal assistance to individuals with limited resources. Tiana was the President of the Windsor Italian Law Association, and a member of several committees including: the Labour and Employment Society, Innocence Canada, Windsor’s High School Outreach Program, and the Sexual Assault Awareness Committee. Prior to law school, Tiana received a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialisation in Law and Business from Toronto Metropolitan University
