Sunira practices employment law representing both employers and employees in matters including wrongful terminations, executive compensation, constructive dismissals, partnership disputes, and human rights issues. She also handles online work contracts for content creation, consulting, and social media collaborations.

Her courtroom experience spans the Ontario Court of Appeal, Divisional Court, Superior Court of Justice, Human Rights Tribunal, and Human Rights Commission.

Sunira started her career at a leading Toronto litigation boutique, then served as partner at a major Canadian employment law firm before founding Workly Law.
